Saint Francis Healthcare has appointed Matthew W. Lawrence D.O., F.A.C.O.S.
as Medical Director of the Advanced Wound Care Center. Dr. Lawrence will
lead a team of five podiatrists and one family medicine physician in their
Dr. Lawrence, board-certified in both General and Vascular Surgery, is
a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons and a member
of the American Osteopathic Association. He previously served at Saint
Francis Healthcare as the Medical Director of the Wound Care Center and
as the Chairman of the Division of Vascular Surgery. Dr. Lawrence has
also held positions at Jennersville Regional Hospital in West Grove, Pennsylvania
and Union Hospital in Elkton, Maryland.

Saint Francis Healthcare’s Advanced Wound Center focuses on chronic
and non-healing wounds using advanced treatment modalities and a case
management model. The center is equipped with two hyperbaric oxygen chambers,
which provide hyperbaric therapy services.
