At St. Francis, we understand the anxiety some women feel about healthcare visits. And the hassle that dealing with paperwork can mean. That's why Women's Services at St. Francis has simplified procedures to make the process as quick and easy as possible.
Our staff has spent literally thousands of hours of training to develop a patient-centered approach that saves time and frustration. Because we know how hard it is for patients to wait for results, we make fast response a priority. And these same procedures mean you can expect prompt scheduling and fast access to records and results. Compassionate care always comes first.
Each member of our Women's Services team has been specially chosen and trained to handle the concerns and tensions our patients may be experiencing. Our nurses bring years of experience, expertise and sensitivity to each woman we treat. Our staff in mammography, for example, is frequently recognized for their special ability to put patients at ease. And our OB unit nurses have received top marks for compassionate care in patient satisfaction studies comparing hundreds of hospitals. It all adds up to a friendly, supportive environment just when it's needed most.

Mammograms and DEXA scans can also be performed at the North Wilmington Women's Center. Please call 529.7900 to schedule these tests at this location.
