- Patients are treated on a "walk-in" basis, first come-first served.
- Patients must arrive early to receive a number in order to be seen by the doctor.
- Sick or urgent visits may need to be given preference over routine visits at the discretion of the doctor or nurse.
- If you are not registered as a regular patient, you will be interviewed by a staff member to determine if we can help you.
- All medical forms must be shown to the staff at the time of your arrival.
- Patients registered at other clinics or with Medicaid cards cannot be seen.
