A Proud Member of 'Operation We Support
You' . . .
A program administered through
Human Resources with the mission: To provide support to
our employees and their families that are members of the
military. This is an ongoing effort to keep the communication
alive during any part of an employee’s military career.
How it works:
When an employee deploys, Human Resources will provide the
employee with a questionnaire which will gather contact
information, their mission while deployed, and whom they
are leaving behind. This will allow us to post information
on our "Operation We Support You" board, through
"In Touch" Newsletters, and the St. Francis website.
Human Resources will also keep in contact with employees
during deployment to find out what items they need, whether
it's magazines, soap, candy, or letters of support. We then
take this information and distribute it throughout the St.
Francis staff. Anyone can bring these items to HR and place
them in a care package that will be mailed to the employee.
Each member will also be given contact information for themselves
and family members. While deployed, they can access our
website by clicking on the "Operation We Support You"
icon, or simply email us at sfhsupportsyou@che-east.org.
This will allow them to ask questions and/or get current
information. Family members will also be given contact information
if they have questions in regards to pay, benefits, or anything
else we can assist them with.
We’re On Our Way:
To start this program, questionnaires will be sent to departments
to find out who our military members are. We need to recognize
and support our military staff.
