Visiting Hours at St. Francis Hospital

Medical-Surgical Units:
11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Rehabilitation Center:
11 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. - Monday through Friday
6 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. - Monday through Friday
Noon – 8:30 p.m. - Saturday
11 a.m. – 8:30 p.m. - Sunday and holidays
Times as arranged with individual therapies for family education.
Transitional Care Unit (TCU):
Noon – 8:30 p.m. daily
Accommodations will be made as necessary for other times.
Intermediate Care Unit:
11 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
4:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Intensive Care Unit:
7 a.m. – 7:30 a.m.
11 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
3 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
7 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Immediate family only
Each visitor limited to 15 minutes
Family Birthplace:
During Labor:
Two (2) support persons
Recovery Period
Husband/significant other/designated support person, grandparents and siblings may be with the patient at the discretion of the nurse.
Post Partum:
10 a.m. – 10 p.m. – Father or significant others
11 a.m. - 8:30 p.m. - General visiting
Special Care Nursery:
Parents, grandparents and siblings* may visit the Special Care Nursery 24 hours/day.
Visitors are limited to 2 at a time and must scrub hands and wear gowns for visit.
Visiting may be limited at the discretion of the nurse or physician.
*Sibling visits must meet specific Special Care Nursery guidelines.
