St. Francis Sleep Center

How important is sleep?
The average person spends one-third of his/her life sleeping. Quality sleep helps rejuvenate the body and mind each day.
At least one in five people suffer from some type of sleep disorder that affects his or her ability to function effectively during the day. If you are one of these people, you do not have to suffer.
The Sleep Center at St. Francis Hospital has been evaluating patients since 1997 and is one of the few sleep centers in Delaware that is accredited by the Academy of Sleep Medicine. We are dedicated to providing excellent care to our patients.
