SCHEDULE A PROCEDURE OR TEST

Central Outpatient Registration is open from 6:00 a.m. for surgery patients and 7:00 a.m. for ancillary patients. Central Outpatient Registration closes at 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Saturday hours are 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon.

Pre-register and schedule all outpatient procedures for:

• GI Lab
• Ambulatory Special Procedures
• Cardio-Pulmonary-Neurology Department
• Radiology Department (including MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Mammography, CT Scan, Vascular Lab and General Radiology)
• Lab (Glucose Tolerance Tests)

All patients should know the terms of their insurance.

Pre-certifications, referrals and authorizations, if needed, must be obtained prior to date of service.
A representative of the Central Scheduling Department will call most scheduled patients prior to their appointment to pre-register the patient, so as to lessen their wait time.

A representative of the Central Scheduling Department will call all Radiology Department patients prior to the date of service as a courtesy reminder.

Our goal is to obtain accurate patient demographic and insurance information in order to pre-register the outpatients prior to their arrival, which will lessen their wait time.
