Patients are treated on a "walk-in"
basis, first come-first served.
Patients must arrive early to
receive a number in order to be seen by the doctor.
Sick or urgent visits may need
to be given preference over routine visits at the discretion
of the doctor or nurse.
If you are not registered as
a regular patient, you will be interviewed by a staff
member to determine if we can help you. All medical forms
must be shown to the staff at the time of your arrival.
Patients registered at other
clinics or with Medicaid cards cannot be seen.
