A nicer setting

Patients who've recovered at the St. Francis Skilled Nursing Facility tell us they love the convenience of recovering in a single, home-like setting, supported by people they come to know and trust. They also appreciate the optimistic feeling of being with other patients who are also here for short stays while they work to get back to the community. It simply adds up to a better way to recover.

Fast, convenient discharges for you

When you call us at (302) 421-4697, rest assured you'll get fast answers and knowledgeable support. Generally, when you inquire about care, you'll hear back from us in a few hours, not days later. And we're not just fast, we're accurate. Our personnel can walk you through the complicated insurance issues that sometimes arise when discharging patients to skilled nursing care. Together, we can streamline the process to make it easier on you and your patient.
