St. Francis Hospital, Home Care and our community offices are committed to providing patients the highest quality and safest care. If you have a quality or patient safety concern, please contact the department director of the area who will work with you to resolve your concern. You are also welcome to contact our patient care advocate by calling 302-421-4960 or writing St. Francis Hospital, Attention: Patient Care Advocate, 701 N. Clayton Street, Wilmington, DE 19805.
If your concerns cannot be resolved at this level, you may contact the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). JCAHO does not address individual billing issues, payment disputes, labor relations issues or individual clinical management of patients.
